The staff were very helpful, especially the two at breakfast. The location was very central. All tourist attractions were easily accessible. The room was quiet and very comfortable. The bathroom was also clean. I found the location really convenient (close to main attractions).
The room was slightly smaller than expected.

Although I did not dine extensively, I noticed the breakfast area was well-kept. It seemed to offer a decent selection of items with fresh ingredients and regular refills (the pastries looked delicious!). The dining space was clean and inviting.

The cleaning staff failed in keeping up cleanliness. I found trash and dirt on the floor when I first enterred my room and the room was not cleaned the next day.

The location is ideal. It is close to many attractions. The staff was very helpful with everything I needed. The beds were also comfortable (I slept so well!).
The room wasn't cleaned as thoroughly as I expected. The trash was not always emptied each day.

My room was spacious and well-heated. Robes and slippers were provided in the room, a nice touch. The bathroom included complimentary toiletries and fresh towels were available daily.

The hotel provides luggage storage needing to store bags. A day pass for the Batobus allowed easy access to sights along the Seine. The location is convenient to La Madeleine Cathedral.
